INVESTOR-FOCUSED APPROACH

Genesis Equity Group Inc. (GEGI) is a traditional value investor focused on acquiring small to medium sized businesses with a minimum of $1M in revenue and cash flow positive. We then unlock additional value to the companies in two different ways. Upon acquisition we supply additional capital, as well as relationships, to fuel internal growth of the businesses to increase revenue and profitability. The second way we add value is from converting from a private entity, with little shareholder liquidity, into a public entity that can realize additional shareholder valuation due to the enhanced liquidity of a public company.

AN INDUSTRY AGONSTIC APPROACH

In terms of opportunities, GEGI has an industry agnostic approach. With each acquisition opportunity, we have basic underlining requirements. Based on proven metrics, we enter into letters of intent and due diligence. Through the due diligence process, we determine if the prospective company meets, or exceeds, our portfolio needs and will contribute to the overall performance of GEGI for our investors.

GEGI seeks to be a good steward our capital for our investors. We work closely with our advisors, accountants, attorneys, and other professionals to provide as much background on a prospective acquisition including its management, employees, customers, and vendors. We seek to build on our acquisitions success to build the companies through a foundation of transparency and accountability for all parties.

COMMUNICATION and REPORTING

We connect with our investors regularly through investor zoom calls on a quarterly basis, monthly conference calls, semiannual in person conferences, and private events. We believe our path to success is paved with clear communication and reporting so our investors, partners, vendors, and management teams understand our goals and challenges.
